Making Process of Coco Peat Blocks

Stage 1 - Coco peat dumping
Coir was gethered from various farmers and coir producing company, all coirs are dumpped in land neary by manufaturing unit for further process.
Stage 2 - Water washing
In this stage coir was washed by water to reduce the salt content of coirs, then used for further process.
Stage 3 - Drying in land
Coir was dried for a while to filter out water content and used in next stage.
Stage 4 - Screening process
In this stage large fibers are screened.
Stage 5 - Block making
Then coco peat blocks was manufactured by using various press machines.
Stage 6 - Blocks
Then blocks are stored in manufacuting unit itself.
Stage 7 - Container stuffing
Then blocks are packed and lablled based on specification and loaded in containers for exporting.
Stage 8 - End use
Then custmer can use this coco peat blocks for various purpose like planting.
